Mac OS

Mac OS stands for Macintosh Operating System. Mac OS is a computer operating system created by Apple Computer for Macintosh computers and is not compatible with IBM-based PC. Introduced in 1984, Mac OS since 2006 has had compatibility with architectures PowerPC and x86.
Mac OS X is the latest version of Mac OS operating system for Macintosh computers. The operating system was first issued in 2001.
